Summary: We traveled in with another family and our two teen boys for SFA Orientation. This home was adorable and spacious, in a quiet neighborhood, and super close to SFA, restaurants, etc. They even left their own branded bottle of wine for us as a welcome gift. Summary: Sweet Magnolia is a terrific place! The listing is 100% spot on, and we couldn't have enjoyed our stay more. It is on a nice quiet side street, yet convenient to everywhere. Clean, comfortable, and completely enjoyable. We were able to relax, and enjoy our time with family. I would definitely stay here again, and would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Nacogdoches.

Summary: My sister and I took our mother on a spring break trip to Nacogdoches, and we couldn't have picked a better rental. The cottage was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated and well-appointed. Each of us had her lovely, comfortable bedroom, plus we enjoyed the cozy living room (with streaming TV) and full-size kitchen (with a great selection of coffees). Our host was incredibly friendly and helpful. We are delighted with our stay and highly recommend this property.
